We pride ourselves on providing a high quality service to our clients, but if you feel that service has not been up to the required standard we want to hear from you. We will investigate your concerns in an objective manner and look to achieve a quick and satisfactory solution.
In the first instance, please raise your complaint with the person dealing with your case. If you are not satisfied with their response, please let them know and they will refer your complaint to one of our partners.
The partner will then investigate your complaint, carry out an investigation and propose a solution. They will look to do this within ten working days, but if the complaint is complex it make take longer.
They will inform you if this is the case.
